Delivery & Postage

There are several delivery options available to you:

Pick up from store - We don't have a physical shop, but you are welcome to collect from our base in Redditch if you wish. Simply select 'pick up from store' during checkout and we can arrange a convenient time.

Free delivery in Redditch - If you live within Redditch and order £10 or more worth of products, then we will deliver to your address free of charge. Please select 'pick up from store' but let us know you want free delivery and give your address in the comment box during checkout.

Collect from stall at event - If you wish, you can collect your order from one of our stalls at events across the Midlands and beyond. Please refer to our list of forthcoming events . Please select 'pick up from store' and let us know at which event you wish to collect your order in the comment box during checkout. This collection service is currently free of charge.

Royal Mail, First Class - Alternatively, we will post your order to you First Class. We endeavour to package and post all orders within 24 hours, but at busy times this may not be possible. Our postage rates are based on the weight of your order (which we believe works out fairer than cost based shipping) and we add a little extra to cover the cost of the Paypal transaction. Wherever possible, we will reuse boxes and packaging materials as this is more environmentally friendly and enables us to keep our postage charges to a minimum. Our current rates are as follows: 
 
Up to 100g - £2.30
Up to 250g - £2.70
Up to 500g - £3.30
Up to 750g - £4
Up to 1000g - £5
Up to 1250g - £6
Up to 1500g - £7
Up to 1750g - £8
Up to 2000g - £9
Up to 4000g - £11

After you have made your selections, the shopping cart will automatically total up your order and add the correct postage rate. 

Heavy Orders - We dispatch orders first class as standard because customers often want their goodies quickly & because many orders contain marshmallows which need to arrive at their destination & be refrigerated as soon as possible. For very heavy orders, you can save money on postage by asking us to send your order by Royal Mail standard parcel delivery, which takes a day or 2 longer to arrive but is substantially cheaper. Please contact us and we will work out the cost of postage manually.

Overseas Orders - We dispatch orders all over the world. Please type in your address as usual and the website will automatically calculate the cost of shipping.
